Some honey tips . . .
* Use as a substitute for sugar in recipes by replacing up to half with honey
* If honey crystallizes or becomes cloudy, place the honey jar in warm water & stir until crystals dissolve
* In baked goods, reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe by 2 T for each 1/2 C honey. Plus, add1/4 t baking soda for each 1/2 C honey and reduce oven temperature by 25 degrees to prevent overbrowning.
