LN Garden Club's
Gazebo Addition to Gilroy Rustic Park
The Lost Nation Garden Club's project at Gilroy Rustic Park was installed recently by Hartland Gazebos of Hatley, Wisconsin. From start to finish, it only took 2 hours for the workers to assemble the rustic gazebo. Photos by Sheryl Dexter. Thanks, Sheryl!

On May 21, Eleanor Sheldon (above left), Sandra Brady (above right), and Kay Pratt (below) planted flowers at Gilroy Rustic Park, Library/City Hall and Triangle Garden at the end of south Main Street. Thanks, ladies for helping to beautify Lost Nation!
On Thursday, April 16, John Alden & Darrell Paulsen volunteered their time to set up the forms for the cement foundation for the gazebo at Rutsic Park which is a LN Garden Club project. It was a beautiful day and the volunteers started at 8:30 a.m. and quit about 4:00 p.m. Lori Wenger acted as the gopher and quality control, but stated "but with those 2 guys, no quality issues were found by me." She went on to say, "It is such a nice park, LN should be proud!"
Volunteers Install Cement Foundation
for LN Garden Club Gazebo
Below: On Friday, April 17, Craig Muhl, Darrell Paulsen, & John Alden did a meticulous job on the new cement foundation. Even the cement truck managed to arrive at the site without leaving any huge ruts in the lawn. It was "another beautiful, perfect day in the park."
The gazebo is to arrive from Heartland Gazebos of Wisconsin and be built on April 28.
